EverTrust Life SMS Program — Terms of Service

1. Program Description

EverTrust Life (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides SMS messages to deliver:

• Appointment reminders

• Follow-ups regarding quotes or consultations

• Educational messages about life insurance, IULs, annuities

• Customer support updates

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from us.

2. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text “STOP” to the number you received messages from. After texting “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

3. Rejoining the Program

To rejoin, simply opt in again through any of our web forms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services (e.g., customer service) is permitted.
